Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers.
• Assist customers with telecom-related queries, services, plans, and billing.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Communicate confidently and fluently in English.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• 10th Pass/12th pass -Eligible
• Excellent English-speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in UK shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
