CSA Project Manager

Location: Gävle, Sweden

I’m recruiting a CSA Project Manager for a Data Center project in Gävle. You’ll take ownership of the civil, structural and architectural works on site, managing delivery from construction planning through to completion and handover.

This would suit a Project Manager with proven data centre experience. Candidates who have delivered large pharmaceutical facilities or similarly complex commercial projects will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CSA works on site, keeping construction activities aligned with the programme.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work with the wider project team.
• Track progress, identify delays early and agree practical solutions with the construction team.
• Review drawings and technical information, resolving design and site issues as they arise.
• Oversee quality, inspections, snagging and closeout of CSA packages.
• Work closely with MEP teams to manage interfaces between building works and services installation.
• Report on progress, risks and upcoming work to senior project management.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards throughout delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing CSA works on large construction projects.
• Ideally, a track record on data centres. Large pharmaceutical or complex commercial projects are also relevant.
• Experience managing subcontractors, programmes and technical coordination on site.
• The ability to lead teams, make decisions and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work on a 17/4 rotation in Sweden.

Package

• Salary: €125,000 to €135,000
