CSA Quantity Surveyor

CSA Quantity Surveyors | All Levels | Data Centre Construction

I’m currently recruiting for multiple CSA Quantity Surveying positions across different levels of seniority, from Quantity Surveyors through to Senior and Lead-level professionals, to support major construction projects in Germany's growing data centre sector.

These opportunities offer the chance to join commercial teams delivering large-scale, technically complex projects, with responsibility for managing costs and commercial performance across Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages.

I'm keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors from general contracting, civil engineering, structural construction and related backgrounds. Previous data centre experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience and seniority, responsibilities may include:

• Managing the commercial delivery of CSA packages across major construction projects.

• Preparing cost forecasts, budgets, valuations and commercial reports.

• Overseeing subcontractor procurement, tender assessments and contract administration.

• Monitoring project expenditure, variations, change control and commercial risks.

• Reviewing subcontractor applications for payment and assessing completed works.

• Identifying commercial opportunities and supporting project profitability.

• Working closely with project management, engineering and procurement teams.

• Managing contractual obligations and supporting the preparation of final accounts.

• Taking ownership of commercial packages and supporting junior team members where appropriate.

About You

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, civil engineering or a related sector.

• Experience with CSA packages, including groundworks, concrete, structural steel, cladding or architectural finishes.

• Understanding of subcontractor management, procurement, valuations and cost control.

• Strong commercial awareness, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline is preferred.

• Experience in data centres or other complex construction environments is beneficial, but not essential.

Opportunities are available at multiple levels, with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidates' experience.

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: TBC, dependent on experience
