Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identification of new Civil Structural & Architectural subcontractors in all areas of H&MV's European Operations
• Establishing contact with new subcontractors and coordinating meetings and site visits to perform preliminary validation on their credentials as suitable qualified subcontractors
• Working closely with H&MV CSA teams on the above tasks. Whereas CSA SC Manager can perform preliminary validation, final validation is the responsibility of CSA teams.
• Once qualified CSA subcontractors are validated, CSA SC Manager is responsible for formally Prequalifying / Onboarding them in accordance with H&MV systems.
• The role will require close communication with the H&MV CSA teams on day to day issues associated with CSA subcontractors

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Civil or Construction management roles Must have a strong understanding of all elements of civil construction works and project delivery to enable subcontractor validation and onboarding
• Energetic, proactive, firm and possess strong people communication skills to support effective and timely subcontractor validation and timely onboarding
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
