CSCS Labourer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team .

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various storage installations in warehouse across the UK, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Working away from home will be required. Hotels will be paid for with a tax free overnight allowance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on site
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and assist tradespeople as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing debris and ensuring proper waste disposal
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor immediately
• Participate in site meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential for this role
• Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills
• Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
• Awareness of health and safety regulations within the construction industry
• Driving Licence

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
