*Position:* Customer Support Associate
*Process: Voice/ Non Chat
*Work Mode:* Full-Time (Work From Office)
*Shift Details:*
* 9-hour shift
* Rotational week off
* 6 days working
**Salary: ₹12,000-₹15000 (In-hand)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via chat and voice support
Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
Deliver a positive customer experience
Requirements:
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✔ Ability to work under pressure
✔ Team-oriented mindset
✔ Basic computer proficiency and MS Excel knowledge
Experienced candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: Up to ₹16,500.00 per month
