Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Sitapura, Jaipur. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Understand customer queries, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer accurate solutions or route complex cases to the appropriate team.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM/database.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing empathetic, efficient service.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream.

Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, telecalling, or front-desk operations (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and basic/intermediate English.

Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel, email etiquette, and web browsing).

Strong active listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
