About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely assistance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with customers and resolve their queries.
• Update customer details and leads in the CRM panel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
