What you’ll do

• Talk to our clients on calls, WhatsApp, and email, and help them with their questions
• Help new clients get started with the StockWiz app
• Solve app or setup issues over AnyDesk or Google Meet
• Update client details and call notes in our CRM
• Handle support tickets and follow them up until they’re resolved
• Work with our Sales and internal teams to keep clients happy

Who we’re looking for

• Graduate in any stream (final-year students waiting for results can also apply)
• Good spoken Hindi and English
• Comfortable on calls and basic computer work
• Interest in the stock market is a plus. Not required, we will train you.
• Must live in Jodhpur or be able to travel to the office daily
