About the Role

Beyond Carat is looking for a motivated and customer-focused CSE Executive to join our team in Ichhapore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively while working in a US shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
• Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a US shift.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service/BPO is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
