CSO/CSM (Pathway to Operations Manager)

The Opportunity

Working closely with experienced Financial Advisers and the broader team, you’ll play an important role in managing the day-to-day client service and advice process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing adviser and client support across the advice process
• Coordinating client reviews and ongoing service requirements
• Preparing and processing client documentation
• Managing implementation of advice recommendations
• Liaising with platforms, product providers and third parties
• Managing client queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Monitoring workflows and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
• Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
• Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration
• Assisting with internal processes and operational improvements

About You

We’re looking for someone who ideally has:

• 3–5+ years’ experience within Australian financial planning
• Experience as a CSO, CSM, Adviser Support or similar
• Strong understanding of the financial planning advice and implementation process
• Experience dealing directly with clients, advisers and product providers
• Strong administration, organisation and workflow management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
• An interest in developing broader operational and leadership responsibilities
