Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced CSOD Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) to lead the technical delivery and execution of large and complex Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) projects.
• The Technical Engagement Manager will serve as the technical delivery lead, working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Integration Consultants, technical teams, customers, and third-party stakeholders to ensure that technical workstreams are planned, coordinated, tracked, and delivered successfully.
• This role requires a strong combination of project/delivery management and technical understanding. The ideal candidate does not need to be a hands-on developer but should have sufficient technical and CSOD knowledge to understand complex technical discussions, help answer questions, identify risks and dependencies, and provide appropriate guidance to the project team and customer.
• CSOD certification or relevant Cornerstone technical certification.
• Experience with CSOD integrations and Edge, APIs, SFTP, and data exchange.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS platforms.
• Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar technologies.
• Experience managing global projects involving teams and stakeholders across North America and Europe.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project/delivery certification.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, technical project management, integration management, solution delivery, or a related field.
• Strong experience managing technical workstreams for large enterprise projects.
• Experience working with CSOD implementations, integrations, or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical teams, workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
