• Munkafeladatok elosztása csoporton belül, munkafolyamatok ellenőrzése
• A munkatársak teljesítményének értékelése, kollégák motiválása
• A folyamatokhoz kapcsolódó sztenderdek betartása, folyamat jóváhagyások vezetése
• Aktív szerep a területi KPI-ok meghatározásában
• Részvétel a napi megbeszéléseken
• Kapcsolattartás s társterületekkel (termeléstervezés, karbantartás, raktár, stb.)
• Részvétel a fejlesztési projektekben
• Munkakörhöz kapcsolódó adminisztratív feladatok

Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:

• Középfokú végzettség érettségivel
• Termelési területen szerzett szakmai tapasztalat (minimum 2 év)
• Előny: emberek vezetésében szerzett tapasztalat
• Műszaki technikai látásmód
• Dinamikus, határozott fellépés, képesség önálló döntéshozatalra
• Rendszerszemléletű gondolkodás
• Tanulási hajlandóság
• Felhasználó szintű Office ismeret
• Szervezési képesség
• Jó problémamegoldó készség
• Hajlandóság műszakos munkavégzésre
