CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – ALLY ACCOUNT

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting an Ally account. You’ll assist customers with account-related concerns, provide accurate information, and help resolve their questions in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and concerns
• Provide information about account services, transactions, and policies
• Handle billing and payment-related concerns
• Assist with account updates and basic troubleshooting
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service
• Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed

Qualifications

• No experience required
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• College graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site in Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules

Pay: Php13,522.34 - Php25,638.34 per month
