CSR & QA Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product testing activities with third-party laboratories, including test arrangements, progress monitoring, and report management. Liaise with testing laboratories, factories, and internal stakeholders to ensure testing activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and manage quality, compliance, audit and certification records, ensuring accurate documentation, effective document control and document retrieval.
• Monitor certification validity and renewal status, and liaise with other subsidiary companies to support timely certification updates.
• Support CSR/QA system administration, including data maintenance, record updates, and compliance tracking.
• Assist in CSR/QA projects, research activities, surveys, and information collection from other subsidiary companies.
• Provide administrative and coordination support, including meeting arrangement, presentation preparation, invoice processing, and project follow-up.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Degree holder in Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Quality Management, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
• 1 year or more of relevant working experience is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiar with product compliance, quality assurance, and CSR requirements, with the ability to understand relevant regulations, testing standards, and compliance documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
