CSR Auditor (QA)

• Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements, KPPH (FPIP/LIMA) standards, customer requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify and recommend initiatives to enhance CSER performance and support the achievement of company objectives.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather, verify, consolidate, and analyze data for weekly, monthly, and other required reports.
• Prepare, update, and maintain CSER-related documents and reports for customer audits, third-party audits, internal assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the primary coordinator for customer inquiries, audit requirements, and stakeholder concerns related to CSER compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with the five CSER pillars: Labor, Environment, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Responsible Supply Chain Management.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, compliance assessments, and employee surveys in accordance with RBA requirements and applicable customer Codes of Conduct.
• Conduct supplier audits based on RBA and CSER requirements, document audit findings, and monitor corrective action plans through completion.
• Assess compliance gaps and potential risks, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and support the implementation of continuous improvement measures.
• Provide administrative, documentation, and operational assistance for CSER programs, audits, and compliance-related activities.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related four- or five-year degree program.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant work experience in CSER, sustainability, compliance, auditing, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management system standards.
• Formal training or certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Strong understanding or familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements, customer Codes of Conduct, and supplier compliance standards is highly preferred.
• Experience in conducting or assisting with internal, external, and supplier audits, including the monitoring and closure of corrective action plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills, with the ability to analyze data and prepare accurate compliance reports.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, handle multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in audits, compliance assessments, and other CSER-related activities as required.
