CSR - Billing/Collections

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year of billing or collections experience in a BPO/call center setting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling inbound calls related to billing and payment concerns
• Ability to explain billing statements, charges, balances, and payment options clearly
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
• Can start ASAP or within a short notice period

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding billing inquiries, account balances, outstanding payments, and payment history
• Explain billing statements, charges, adjustments, and payment terms clearly and accurately
• Assist customers with payment arrangements and available payment options
• Address billing disputes, discrepancies, and account-related concerns professionally
• Review customer accounts and verify billing and payment information
• Provide appropriate resolutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the system
• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
