About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic call centre team at YWA Human Resource Corporation. This is a full-time position based at our MOA site in Baclaran, Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer support and resolving client enquiries efficiently and professionally. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction across all interactions. The recruitment process for this position is conducted virtually, allowing for a seamless and convenient application experience.

What you'll be doing

• Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Addressing customer enquiries, complaints and requests with promptness and accuracy
• Providing product and service information to customers whilst maintaining detailed knowledge of company offerings
• Processing customer transactions, orders and account updates efficiently
• Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system for record-keeping and quality purposes
• Following established call centre scripts and procedures whilst adapting communication to individual customer needs
• Escalating complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintaining a positive attitude and resolving conflicts with patience and professionalism
• Meeting and exceeding call centre performance targets including average handle time, first-call resolution and customer satisfaction scores
• Participating in training sessions and continuous development programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement
• Previous call centre or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant call centre software
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts as required by operational needs
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Strong time management skills and ability to work towards performance metrics
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
