About the role

H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our dynamic call centre team. This is an exciting opportunity for newcomers to launch their career in customer service within a virtual environment. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional customer support and building lasting relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position based in Labangon, Cebu City, Cebu, operating in a virtual process format.

What you'll be doing

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently whilst maintaining a positive attitude
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure service quality standards are met
• Handle multiple calls whilst managing time effectively and prioritising customer needs
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed

What we're looking for

• Willingness to learn and develop in a customer service environment (experience not required for newcomers)
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
• Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with using telephone systems and software applications
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• A friendly demeanour and positive attitude towards customer interactions
• Flexibility and reliability in meeting attendance requirements
