Join our growing customer care team! We’re looking for a CSR - CHAT SUPPORT who will assist customers with inquiries, product concerns, and returns — primarily for electronics and gadget products.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
- Assist with product questions and returns
- Provide clear, helpful, and timely customer support
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in chat/email support, customer service, or returns handling
- Knowledge or interest in electronics and tech products is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Patient, organized, and customer-oriented
- Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City
