Customer Service Representative - Chat Support

Location: Cebu City, Philippines

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidates will support the development and improvement of Artificial Intelligence systems by reviewing, labeling, and organizing data according to established project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and annotate text, images, audio, or other types of data based on project requirements.
• Apply accurate labels, categories, and tags to datasets.
• Follow detailed annotation guidelines and quality standards.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and unclear data.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across assigned tasks.
• Meet established productivity and quality targets.
• Report questions, issues, and discrepancies to the appropriate team lead or supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new AI and data annotation tools.
• Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, BPO, or related fields is an advantage but not required.

Pay: Php14,500.00 - Php25,500.00 per month
