About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team at our Clark Freeport Zone location in Pampanga. Key responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer calls and providing prompt, professional and courteous assistance
• Addressing customer inquiries, complaints and requests with patience and empathy
• Resolving customer issues efficiently whilst maintaining accurate records of interactions
• Providing product and service information to customers in a clear and helpful manner
• Processing customer transactions, orders and requests accurately
• Following company policies and procedures whilst maintaining quality standards
• Escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues
• Meeting performance targets and key performance indicators set by management

What we're looking for
