About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the dynamic team at TalentBuzz Recruitment Agency. In this full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be the frontline of our customer service operations, handling inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and dedication. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries efficiently, and representing the values of our organisation. This position offers the opportunity to develop your customer service expertise whilst making a tangible difference in the experiences of our clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media channels with courtesy and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about recruitment services, job opportunities and company policies
• Process customer requests, applications and documentation in a timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately
• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to management
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department targets and service level agreements
• Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or business administration are advantageous
• Proven customer service experience in a call centre or similar environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software and standard office applications
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, empathetic and professional demeanour when dealing with customers
• Active listening skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment to meeting performance targets and service level agreements
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shift work if required
