About the role

Customer Service & Relationship Assistant role involving handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and supporting marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle voice and non-voice customer inquiries through calls, messages, chats, and social media
• Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries through digital platforms
• Coordinate customer concerns with branches and other departments
• Assist in marketing-related tasks, campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Prepare simple customer service and marketing reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Customer Service, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with clients and customers
• Good written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate customer records
• Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or related roles is an advantage
• Willing to learn and handle multiple tasks

Working schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5:15pm)

Work Location: on-site
