About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, active, confident, and presentable Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Personal Assistant, handling customer communication and supporting day-to-day office operations.

Requirements

• Male and female candidates can apply
• Age :18 to 24 years
• Minimum education: Intermediate (preferred)
• Resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi only
• Good communication skills in Urdu and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet)
• Call center experience is an advantage
• Ability to deal with customers professionally
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Both fresh candidates and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries
• Provide accurate information about company services
• Maintain customer records, follow-ups, reminders, and schedules
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Prepare daily reports and update management

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:15 AM to 7:30 PM

Compensation

• Salary: Rs. 22,000 Per month (Probation period)
• After Probation: Rs 25,000/- Per Month
