We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team at a UK-based packaging company. If you have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, and general queries.
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professional communication with UK-based clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and follow up when required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
