Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring female CSRs for our Nutraceutical Brand "Nutrawellness"— both junior and experienced candidates can apply.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisted candidates will be given a 7-day in-office trial to prove their eligibility
• Days 1–3: Training
• Days 4–7: Performance evaluation (handling messages + mock calls)
• Candidates must be physically present in office for all 7 days
• Final hiring decision will depend on performance during this trial period

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in relevant field is a plus point
• Comfortable handling customer queries via messages and calls
• Junior or experienced candidates both welcome
• Must be available to come to office daily during the trial period
• Immediate joiners preferred
