Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week, including two eight-hour weekend shifts and variable weekday shifts.

Duties

· Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.

· Provide accurate information about products and services.

· Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

· Use computer systems to enter data, update customer records, and document client interactions.

· Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer needs.

· Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.

· Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to upsell products.

· Maintain an organized office environment that supports efficient operations.

Qualifications

· Previous experience in customer support or client services preferred.

· Strong communication and outbound-calling skills.

· Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.

· Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks proficiently.
