Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information about services and promotions.
• Resolve client concerns politely and professionally.
• Assist in appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• intermediate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Prior experience in customer service will be an advantage.
