CSR - Customer Service Representative

Starting rate is negotiable based on experience.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and proactive candidate to join our team.

Experience with call centers, accounts receivable, quickbooks online, customer service, and sales is an asset.

The ideal candidate will be:

• organized, thorough, and pay great attention to detail
• tech saavy (office applications and various software experience) and have excellent phone and computer skills;
• punctual, hardworking and willing to learn
• fluent in English, both written and verbal
• solution oriented

Examples of duties may include:

• Answering and responding to customer calls and inquiries
• Processing customer orders and assisting with account questions
• Following up with customers regarding orders, payments, and account balances
• Entering and maintaining customer and account information
• Assisting with accounts receivable and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Processing invoices, payments, and related paperwork
• Using QuickBooks Online and other company software
• Assisting with sales and customer service as needed
• Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal staff
• Helping with general office administration and other tasks as required

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable managing a variety of tasks, communicating with customers, and learning new systems and processes.
