CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Position: Customer Service Representative (Insurance) - RIBO Licensed

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Providing customer service with the highest standard while building and maintaining great client relationship
• Reviewing policies and making recommendations based on individual client needs while identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell
• Adhering to underwriting guidelines set out by broker partners
• Following up and coordinating with clients to ensure documents are complete

Qualifications:

• RIBO licensed Required
• Minimum 1 years of experience working in general insurance brokerage
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
• Prior experience with Compuquote, Powerbroker & company partner’s portals
