CSR– Customer Service Representative | Bacolod Site!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, product or service information, billing issues, and other support-related requests. You will identify customer needs, provide accurate and timely solutions, document customer interactions, and maintain professionalism throughout every interaction. You will also promote customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently, following company policies, and achieving individual and team performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Process customer requests, account updates, and service transactions accurately.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet established productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and processes through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• College graduates are welcome to apply.
• With or without BPO/customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City.
• Can start as soon as possible.
