CSR– Customer Service Representative | Quezon City!!

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product, service, billing, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the company's CRM system.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, data privacy regulations, and customer service protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or college graduate
• Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and active listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
