Looking for a new opportunity in the BPO industry? We’re hiring CSRs for both Dayshift and Nightshift in Pasay MOA!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Process requests and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow company policies and service standards
Qualifications:
SHS Graduate OR completed at least 2 years in college
At least 1 year of CSR experience
