Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our growing team and provide excellent support to guests and clients associated with our short-term rental operations in the United States.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the guest journey. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries through calls, emails, SMS, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests before, during, and after their reservations.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service-related issues with patience and professionalism.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve guest requests.
• Monitor reservations, booking updates, cancellations, and other changes across OTA platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Confident and professional communication over phone and written channels.
• Ability to learn new software, platforms, and processes quickly.
• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, property management, call centers, or virtual assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from our Lahore office.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
