Job Summary

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for E-Commerce Account to assist customers with online shopping concerns, including orders, payments, product information, returns, refunds, deliveries, and account-related inquiries. Provide timely solutions and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer precise details regarding products, services, order progress, shipping, returns, and refunds.
• Keep track of orders and proactively update customers on any delays or concerns.
• Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and best practices to deliver knowledgeable support.
• Monitor and analyze customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to identify patterns and areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage)
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
