CSR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Project Execution: Coordinate day-to-day grassroots implementation of CSR programs focusing on education, health & hygiene, skill development, women empowerment, and environmental sustainability.
• NGO & Partner Management: Work closely with implementation partners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), local community leaders, and execution agencies.
• Site Visits & Monitoring: Regularly visit project sites near the manufacturing plant to track progress, verify milestones, and ensure proper utilization of funds.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, attendance sheets, beneficiary data, utilization certificates, and audit trails required for statutory CSR reporting.
• Stakeholder & Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee volunteering events, plant-level community outreach, and awareness drives.
• Budget Tracking: Help track fund disbursements, invoice processing, and financial accounting against approved annual CSR budgets
