Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Hotel Reservations Specialist to assist guests with hotel bookings, reservations, cancellations, and other accommodation-related concerns. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional service in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to hotel reservations.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and cancelling hotel reservations.
• Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, amenities, policies, and hotel services.
• Recommend suitable accommodations based on customer preferences and requirements.
• Process reservations accurately using booking and reservation systems.
• Verify customer information and payment details while following security procedures.
• Handle customer concerns, special requests, and reservation-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate with hotels and relevant departments when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and reservation details accurately.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• BPO, hotel, travel, reservations, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
