CSR - Lead Verifier

The CSR - Lead Verifier is responsible for screening, evaluating, and qualifying inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential for conversion into publishing clients. This role ensures that only high-quality, sales-ready leads are endorsed to the sales team, improving conversion rates and optimizing sales efficiency. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess author intent, readiness, and budget alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Review and evaluate incoming leads (inquiries, submissions, sign-ups) based on defined qualification criteria.

2. Conduct initial outreach (calls, emails, or messaging) to verify lead information and assess intent.

3. Identify red flags, low-quality leads, or non-viable prospects.

4. Endorse qualified leads to the sales team with complete and accurate notes and ensure proper documentation in CRM systems (lead status, qualification notes, next steps).

5. Meet daily/weekly targets for lead contact, qualification rate, and endorsement volume.

6. Maintain high-quality standards for lead endorsement to improve sales conversion.

7. Work closely with Sales Teams to align on lead quality standards.
