Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• No BPO experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Willing to work on-site in Clark, Pampanga
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required

PAID TRAINING

You will undergo PAID TRAINING to help you learn the account, understand the process, improve your communication skills, and prepare you for the role.

Our training program is designed to help applicants who are new to the BPO industry become confident and effective Call Center Agents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Call Center Agent, you may be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Providing accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Handling customer interactions professionally
• Responding to customer concerns in a timely manner
• Documenting customer interactions and updating necessary information
• Following company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintaining excellent customer service
• Meeting required performance and customer service targets
