Job Description:

We are currently looking for a CSR Officer to join our CSR Office Team part of our Sustainable Development Division, in our Marousi offices

By joining this role, you will contribute to the implementation of the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development strategy, supporting social initiatives and programs that create meaningful and measurable impact for society. You will collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, and social organizations, while monitoring program performance, assessing social impact, and contributing to sustainability reporting.

Your Role Will Encompass:

• Supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of social initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with the Company's Sustainable Development Strategy.
• Evaluating social support requests submitted through the EMRAKTOS channel and coordinating the collection and review of required documentation.
• Monitoring program deliverables, timelines, and CSR KPIs, while collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative social impact data.
• Supporting social impact assessments, including the application of the Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology.
• Coordinating stakeholder consultations with NGOs and social organizations and maintaining effective external partnerships.
• Contributing to the preparation of the annual Sustainability Statement, including social disclosures, supporting evidence, and external assurance requirements.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials, updating the Sustainable Development section of the corporate website, and providing operational support through the Engage platform.

What You Bring to the Role:

• University degree in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in CSR, Sustainability, ESG, social programs, or project management. Internship experience in a relevant field will also be considered.

• Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and project-monitoring skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

• Knowledge of CSR, Sustainability, ESG reporting, and social impact assessment. Familiarity with SROI methodology will be considered an asset.

• Previous experience in CSR, Sustainability, ESG, social programs, or project management will be considered an advantage.
