ENCS Networks is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely, professional support.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a CSR or customer support role is required.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work according to the US time zone.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
