About the role

H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is an excellent opportunity for newcomers to the industry who are eager to launch their career in customer service and support. This is a full-time position based in Tisa, Cebu City, Cebu, and will be conducted virtually, allowing you to work from a location that suits your needs. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our organisation, delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Processing customer requests and transactions according to company procedures
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and outcomes
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
• Following company policies, quality standards and compliance requirements
• Assisting in training and mentoring newer team members as you develop expertise

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and listen actively to customer needs
• Customer service experience or demonstrable eagerness to develop customer-facing skills (entry-level candidates are welcome)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues
• Proficiency in using computer systems, email and common software applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help customers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
• Professional demeanour and a positive attitude towards work
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
