CSR - OPEN FOR NO BPO EXP!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with product/service inquiries, account updates, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver accurate information and high-quality solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills:
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to listen actively, explain information clearly, and adapt communication styles to fit different customer needs.
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional phone etiquette.
• No BPO experience required (Prior BPO experience is a plus!).
• Open to fresh graduates and career changers.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Must be available to start on November 2, 2026.
