What You Need

• Strong written English communication skills
• Good typing and computer skills
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple conversations
• Willing to learn new systems and processes
• Willing to work onsite and shifting schedules
• Must reside in Cainta, Quezon City, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, San Juan, or Taytay

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist customers through live chat
• Respond to customer questions and concerns
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently
• Process customer requests and account updates
• Document customer interactions
• Escalate concerns when needed
• Meet response time, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
