CSR | Chat Support Representative | Paid Training + Benefits

Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and account concerns through phone, chat, or email.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns.
• Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Coordinate with other departments to address concerns when needed.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and help maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
• No BPO experience required; applicants without BPO experience are welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking abilities
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
