CSR Retail Account - Full Virtual Process

As a Customer Service Representative for the Amazon Retail Account, you will assist customers with their concerns regarding orders, deliveries, products, returns, refunds, and other account-related inquiries. You will provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications College Graduates and College Undergraduates may be accepted

High School/Senior High School Graduates with at least 3 months customer-facing experience

BPO and non-BPO experience may be considered

Good English communication and customer service skills

Willing to work on-site in Lapu-Lapu City

Willing to work on a shifting schedule
