Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Sales to handle patient inquiries and convert leads into confirmed appointments across our dental clinic branches. The role involves communicating with patients through phone, email, Facebook, and other channels while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone calls, email, Facebook Messenger, and other communication channels.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments across multiple branches.
• Follow up with inquiries and leads to encourage appointment bookings.
• Provide information about dental services, schedules, promotions, and branch locations.
• Handle appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Coordinate with branch teams regarding patient schedules and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and appointments.
• Achieve assigned appointment booking, conversion, and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable handling sales conversations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Facebook Messenger, email, and basic computer applications.
• Willing to work on weekends or shifting schedules.
