CSR / Sales Executive

MWA Marketing is looking for motivated, target-driven Sales & Lead Generation Executives to join our team for a high-volume US-Based Real Estate Lead Generation Campaign. In this role, you will engage with potential buyers and sellers across the United States, qualifying leads and setting appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US-based prospects to generate and qualify real estate leads.

Maintain clear communication, actively engage clients, and overcome prospective objections.

Gather accurate property and client information to pass to the client team.

Meet daily and monthly outbound calling and lead conversion quotas.

Update CRM records with accurate caller notes and pipeline status.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Sales experience preferred; freshers with exceptional spoken English skills are welcome.

Shift Commitment: Must be comfortable working the Night Shift aligned with US business hours.

Language Skills: Strong verbal English communication and active listening skills.

Traits: Strong objection-handling abilities, persistence, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: Earn up to PKR 70,000+ (commensurate with experience and interview performance).
