CSR Spanish Bilingual Agents

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in Spanish and English via phone, email, or chat
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, concerns, or service issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
• Document and track customer interactions using internal systems

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (open to fresh graduates!)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people
